- We don’t refund order that are tracked as delivered. Correct delivery address is the customer responsibility to be given in order to avoid delivery to a wrong address.
- Exchange of goods can be accepted within 14 days from purchase date.
- Exchange can be accepted only for goods received in original condition.
- Exchange and Refund are subject for approval of Eleganza La Mode- Quality Control Team. Non-qualifying item(s) will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

- For Approved Refund, money will be credited as per your original method of payment within 3-5 days.
