• Return and exchange policy


  • Goods can be returned for a valid reason within 7 days from purchase date.
  • Goods should be not used and received in original condition.
  • Any missing or lost order by courier must be reported to us by writing to our e-mail customercare@eleganzalamode.com – Action will be taken after investigation.
  • Refund is not an obligation for lost item by courier before the complete investigation is done and order lost reason is known (investigation takes 30 working days from date of purchase
  • We don’t refund order that are tracked as delivered. Correct delivery address is the customer responsibility to be given in order to avoid delivery to a wrong address.
  • Exchange of goods can be accepted within 14 days from purchase date.
  • Exchange can be accepted only for goods received in original condition.
  • Exchange and Refund are subject for approval of Eleganza La Mode- Quality Control Team. Non-qualifying item(s) will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.
  • Customize Item cannot be exchanged nor refunded. 
  • For Approved Refund, money will be credited as per your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

       ELEGANZA LA MODE  have the right to deny exchange and refund request if the merchandise returned does not meet our return and exchange policy.
