Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Eleganza La Mode. We carefully prepare every order and send tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

United Arab Emirates

  • Free delivery on orders of AED 1,000 or more.
  • AED 30 delivery on orders below AED 1,000.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after the order has been confirmed and prepared.

International destinations

  • International delivery is AED 150 for destinations currently supported at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after the order has been confirmed and prepared.

Customized and made-to-order pieces

Customized, altered, special-order and made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time before dispatch. Where additional time is required, our team will communicate the expected preparation schedule separately.

Delivery estimates

  • Delivery estimates begin after order confirmation and preparation; they do not include additional production or alteration time communicated separately.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the dispatch location and, where relevant, the destination country.
  • Peak seasons, public holidays, courier disruptions, customs inspections or events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery times.
  • If we become aware of a significant delay, our team will contact the customer using the details supplied with the order.

Customs, taxes and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or clearance charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the order total and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and any information reasonably required by the courier. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays or additional delivery charges.
