Eligibility to purchase:


  • In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information

Billing Information:
  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit/debit card numbers and expirations dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.


Payment: 
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time.


Orders:
  • To place an order, you must add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method to complete your order.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.


Refunds and Returns: 
  • If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item. Our Quality Control Team will check the item(s). You will be notified once the item(s) is qualified for exchange and then you can place the new order. You may pay the difference depending on the amount of the new item. If refund is requested, money will be credited as per your original mode of payment within 3-5 days. Customized Item cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Item must not be worn(except for trying on) and it's returned with any tags securely attached and original clear packaging.
